As some of our products may be made to order or fulfilled by third-party partners, processing and shipping times can vary depending on demand, location and product availability.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship within Australia and internationally.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

Australia: 3–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

5. Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, delays can occur due to:

For international shipments:

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
